  • Process and manage customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Prepare items for dispatch, ensuring high standards of packaging and presentation
  • Generate invoices and coordinate courier collection and deliveries

Product Listings & Inventory Management

  • Create, update, and maintain accurate product listings across e-commerce platforms
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of inventory
  • Maintain proper organisation and accurate inventory records

Administrative & Customer Support

  • Assist with inventory checks, stock counts, and reconciliation exercises
  • Provide general administrative support for online operations and customer service functions
  • Respond to customer enquiries via online platforms, including website chat, e-commerce portals, WhatsApp, and social media channels

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Well-organised, with good time management and coordination skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on operational environment
