- Process and manage customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail
- Prepare items for dispatch, ensuring high standards of packaging and presentation
- Generate invoices and coordinate courier collection and deliveries
Product Listings & Inventory Management
- Create, update, and maintain accurate product listings across e-commerce platforms
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of inventory
- Maintain proper organisation and accurate inventory records
Administrative & Customer Support
- Assist with inventory checks, stock counts, and reconciliation exercises
- Provide general administrative support for online operations and customer service functions
- Respond to customer enquiries via online platforms, including website chat, e-commerce portals, WhatsApp, and social media channels
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Well-organised, with good time management and coordination skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on operational environment
