E-commerce Data Analyst
Job Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end eCommerce data management, including data integration, transformation, visualization, and analysis.
- Generate actionable insights across key business domains (e.g., consumer, customer, digital, and commercial performance) to support data-driven decision making.
- Partner with Business and IT teams to develop, enhance, and maintain data analytics solutions using visualization tools e.g., Power BI.
- Manage and maintain data infrastructure and databases, ensuring data accuracy, stability, and availability for daily operations.
- Proactively identify data issues, troubleshoot system problems, and implement timely fixes to ensure business continuity.
- Support cross-functional projects by delivering analytics outputs, dashboards, and reports aligned with business needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related fields.
- Solid experience in data analytics, data visualization, and data integration, Ecom related preferred.
- Hands-on proficiency in SQL, Python, and big data tools (e.g., PySpark).
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI and/or Tableau.
- Basic understanding of project management and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; able to translate data insights into business impact.
- Demonstrated ownership, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
