E-Commerce Executive

Responsibilities:

Driving growth of E-commerce business:

  • Plan and execute campaigns, product launches on brand website and marketplaces to achieve target, profitability and brand exposure
  • Work closely with digital marketing team on implementation

Account management of key partners:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with marketplaces, logistic providers and other service providers that support the online business
  • Assist in strategizing negotiation efforts with partners
  • Review partner performance periodically and provide recommendations for performance improvement

E-commerce operations:

  • Maintain and ensure that content, including both product description and images, is up-to-date
  • Ensure smooth daily operations in all aspects of the E-commerce business, from listing to inventory, order, payment, fulfilment and returns/exchanges
  • Maintain high standards of customer service for online customers
  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and escalate when necessary

Analysis and reporting:

  • Provide weekly and monthly campaign reports with actionable insights to optimize performance

Requirements:

  • Diploma in business, marketing or related fields
  • Minimum1-2 years of experience in E-commerce, preferably in the retail industry
  • Strong interest and understanding in E-commerce (experience working with a marketplace platform is a plus)
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams
