Qualifications [ Fulfill all 6 requirements ]

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in any field is preferred for this post.
  2. Minimum 3-5 Years of hands-on experience handling Company's Official Website for E-Commerce Duties
  3. Solid understanding of platform policies such as Amazon, Shopee, Lazada, etc.
  4. Familiar and aware of current e-commerce threat and latest online policy changes happening in the world.
  5. Proven experience in cross-border e-commerce (B2C) is an advantage, particularly for the Australia and Europe & US Markets.
  6. Experience in leading a team is preferable.

This Role will mainly focus on handling Reolink Official Website (E-Commerce) & Amazon for different zone as other portals like Shopee, Lazada are handled by overseas distributors / outsource agent.

  • Manage and maintain the company’s e-commerce storefronts across multiple platforms, ensuring smooth daily operations and optimal store performance, with a focus on the Australia and Europe & US Markets.
  • Upload product listings across platforms, including writing and optimizing high-quality titles, descriptions, and item specifics, aligned with target market preferences.
  • Conduct keyword research and listing optimization to improve product visibility, search ranking, and conversion rates across different platform algorithms.
  • Plan and execute promotional strategies (e.g., discounts, campaigns, ads, sponsored listings) tailored to target markets to drive traffic and sales growth.
  • Monitor and process customer orders while coordinating fulfillment to meet platform-specific performance standards.
  • Track and analyze sales performance, traffic, and conversion data across platforms, provide actionable insights and continuously optimize product and pricing strategies.
  • Ensure full compliance with each platform's policies, guidelines, and best practices to safeguard account health and business continuity.
