E-COMMERCE Specialist / HR Supervisor

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement recruitment plans aligned with business development goals to efficiently fulfill staffing needs
  • Expand and manage recruitment channels to attract qualified candidates
  • Oversee onboarding, resignation, probation confirmation, and job transfer processes while maintaining accurate personnel files and employee information databases
  • Assist in designing and optimizing compensation, benefits, and performance appraisal systems ensuring accurate salary and allowance calculations compliant with relevant regulations
  • Organize new employee orientation and job skill training programs to enhance employee competence and foster a sense of belonging
  • Manage employee relations by resolving labor disputes and promoting company policies to maintain a positive work environment
  • Compile and analyze HR data to generate insights supporting management decision-making

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • College degree or above, preferably in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Management, or related fields
  • 1–3 years of relevant HR experience with familiarity in all HR functions and local labor laws and regulations
  • Proficiency in office software and HR tools, including strong business writing and data processing skills
  • Experience in internet, manufacturing, or service industries is advantageous
  • Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving skills, and a service-oriented, responsible, and patient approach
