Must have Skills \u2013 ZOHO Dashboard management, Team Handling, MOM Follow up <\/span>
<\/p>

ü <\/span><\/span><\/span>Support the Managing Director in the preparation and presentation of reports, proposals, budgets and related activities in servicing and developing contracts and relationships with stakeholders and partners <\/span>
<\/p>

ü <\/span><\/span><\/span>Proven experience in ZOHO CRM Implementation<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

ü <\/span><\/span><\/span>Task Management/Sales software exposure like zoho sales <\/span>
<\/p>

ü <\/span><\/span><\/span>Creating the dashboards of Sales and Operation Team <\/span>
<\/p>

ü <\/span><\/span><\/span>Support the Managing Director in the preparation of all documentation required for key decision making as required <\/span>
<\/p>

ü <\/span><\/span><\/span>Day to day planning and organization of the Managing Director\u2019s diary. <\/span>
<\/p>

ü <\/span><\/span><\/span>Dealing with the Managing Director\u2019s post and correspondence. <\/span>
<\/p>

ü <\/span><\/span><\/span>Set up meetings and appointments, organizing venues and hospitality for visitors etc. <\/span>
<\/p>

ü <\/span><\/span><\/span>Service the board including the production of agendas, minutes and key papers. <\/span>
<\/p>

ü <\/span><\/span><\/span>Document minutes of all meetings as directed by the Managing Director. <\/span>
<\/p>

ü <\/span><\/span><\/span>Undertake mailings and communication as directed by the Managing Director.<\/span>
<\/p>

ü <\/span><\/span><\/span>Set up and maintain the integrated electronic and paper based filing systems. <\/span>
<\/p>

ü <\/span><\/span><\/span>Work with the communications team to maintain and develop databases and mailing lists to ensure they are current and up to date at all times. <\/span>
<\/p>

ü <\/span><\/span><\/span>Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other departments<\/span>
<\/p>

ü <\/span><\/span><\/span>Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner<\/span>
<\/p>

ü <\/span><\/span><\/span>Manage executives\u2019 calendars and set up meetings<\/span>
<\/p>

ü <\/span><\/span><\/span>Oversee the performance of other clerical staff<\/span>
<\/p>

ü <\/span><\/span><\/span>Format information for internal and external communication \u2013 memos, emails, presentations, reports<\/span>
<\/p>

ü <\/span><\/span><\/span>Ensure necessary records are maintained that can readily provide current, accurate and accessible information <\/span>
<\/p>

ü <\/span><\/span><\/span>Any other duties appropriate to the post<\/span>

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB<\/span><\/u><\/b>
<\/p>

1. <\/span><\/span><\/span>Proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience.<\/span>
<\/p>

2. <\/span><\/span><\/span>In\-depth understanding of entire MS Office suite/CRM Implementation <\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

3. <\/span><\/span><\/span>Graduate in any discipline (MBA would be an added advantage)<\/span>
<\/p>

4. <\/span><\/span><\/span>A positive and enthusiastic approach <\/span>
<\/p>

5. <\/span><\/span><\/span>Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.<\/span>
<\/p>

6. <\/span><\/span><\/span>Ability to quickly build good working relationships at all levels and collaborate effectively with a range of internal/external contacts<\/span>
<\/p>

7. <\/span><\/span><\/span>Displays attention to detail<\/span>
<\/p>

8. <\/span><\/span><\/span>Maintains Discretion and confidentiality<\/span>
<\/p>

9. <\/span><\/span><\/span>Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast\-paced quickly changing environment.<\/span>
