Rooted in the belief that every child is precious and uniquely gifted, we are seeking a passionate and committed Early Years and KS1 Teacher to join our experienced and dedicated team. From September, our EYFS and KS1 children will learn together within a carefully planned mixed-age environment where relationships, child development and belonging are at the heart of all we do.
We are looking for a teacher who is passionate about play, enquiry and exploration, understands the importance of the Characteristics of Effective Learning, and is committed to helping every child discover their strengths and let their light shine. You will be part of a skilled and supportive team that values creativity, curiosity and high expectations, providing rich opportunities for children to flourish both academically and personally.

You will:
- have high expectations which inspire, motivate and challenge all pupils to shine and achieve their potential
- be creative, adaptable and have a passion for delivering a rich and exciting curriculum, and high-quality learning experiences for all children
- be committed to creating a nurturing and caring ethos in which pupils can flourish
- have a positive attitude and great communication skills
- be committed to working collaboratively and building positive relationships with pupils, staff, parents and the wider community
- experience of teaching and managing a mixed-age class and curriculum, especially within the EYFS and/or Key Stage 1 is desirable.
