The Technology Consulting Solution is seeking a Director to join our growing Microsoft Dynamics team.

Do Your Talents Include the Following?

· Techno-Functional understanding of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Supply Chain application

· Understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem and the ISV’s that are usually implemented as part of a comprehensive business transformation solution (Treasury, Service Management, Subscription Billing, Quality, AP Automation and OCR, etc.)

· Experience with the architecting multiple implementations of D365 for Finance and Supply Chain

· Experience with evaluation and estimation of efforts to implement D365 for Finance and Supply Chain

· Understanding of the Microsoft Sure Step methodology

· Experience with Agile implementation methodologies

· Experience with Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, PowerApps, and Power Automate

· Knowledge of data migration and cleansing techniques

· Experience with Microsoft’s Common Data Service and Common Data Model

· Ability to work independently and in a team environment with a desire to continuous learn and share knowledge

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, strong written and oral skills, and willingness to present on a variety of functional or technical topics to broad audiences

· Ability to work with a diverse portfolio of clients across industries

· Supervisory experience of teams including Consultants, Senior Consultants, Managers, Senior Managers and Associate Directors

· Experience in building global teams

· Experience with Microsoft IDEA methodologies

· Experience with design thinking concepts

· Advanced project management and status reporting capabilities

· Ability to network and build relationships

Your Educational and Professional Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline (e.g., MIS, CIS) required

· 12+ years in a related field required, preferably in professional services and/or industry

· Certifications such as PMP, CISM or Microsoft Certifications are strongly preferred

It is expected that you will reside within a reasonable daily commute of your assigned Protiviti home office by your start date. Protiviti employees work in a hybrid environment which means you will be required to work from a variety of locations including your Protiviti home office, an in-town and/or out-of-town client site, and/or from a remote location such as your residence. It is expected that you will be available to be physically present at the required work location and that you will have access to reliable transportation.

Protiviti is not registered to hire or employ personnel in the following states – West Virginia & Alaska. Protiviti operates in a hybrid environment. Travel can occur throughout the month based upon client requests/commitments. Travel may include suburban, regional, or out of state locations.

Starting salary is based on a full-time equivalent schedule. Placement in the range is dependent upon experience, skills and geographic work location. Below is the salary range for this job.

$184,000.00 - $313,000.00

Our annual bonus plan provides eligible employees additional cash and/or discretionary stock compensation opportunities. Below is the bonus target opportunity for this job.

The total cash range is estimated from the sum of the base salary range plus the bonus target opportunity. Below is the estimated total cash range for this job.

$220,800.00 - $375,600.00

Employees are eligible for medical, dental, and vision coverages, FSA and HSA healthcare accounts, life and accident insurance, adoption and fertility assistance, paid parental leave up to 10 weeks, and short/long term disability. We offer eligible employees a company 401(k) savings and investment plan with an employer match of 50% on the first 6% of your contributions. We provide Choice Time Off (CTO) for vacation, personal needs, and sick time. The amount of (CTO) varies based on years of service. New hires receive up to 20 days of CTO per calendar year. Protiviti also recognizes up to 11 paid holidays each calendar year.
