DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a(n) ECM Trade Markets, located in Maroussi – Athens, Greece.
The ECM Trade Markets role supports the development and execution of trade and channel marketing strategies that strengthen distributor partnerships and accelerate commercial performance across assigned markets. This position plays a key role in translating brand and commercial strategies into market‑ready programs that improve channel execution, customer engagement, and end‑user access to DePuy Synthes solutions. The role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, and Commercial teams to ensure consistent, compliant, and impactful trade market activation.
Key Responsibilities
Support the development and execution of trade marketing initiatives targeting distributors, wholesalers, and channel partners to drive product availability and demand.
Translate commercial and brand strategies into market‑specific trade programs, tools, and promotional activities.
Analyze market, channel, and performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and communicate insights to stakeholders.
Partner with Sales and Commercial teams to support effective in‑market execution of campaigns and initiatives.
Support forecasting and reporting related to trade marketing initiatives, promotions, and channel performance.
Coordinate with cross‑functional partners to ensure alignment with pricing, compliance, and brand standards.
Contribute to continuous improvement of trade marketing processes, tools, and ways of working.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
Experience and Skills:
Required:
Typically 6-8 years of professional experience in trade marketing, commercial operations, sales support, or related roles.
Experience supporting distributor or channel‑based commercial models.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
Strong communication and presentation skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment.
Preferred:
Experience in medical devices, orthopedics, or regulated healthcare environments.
Experience working across multiple markets or regions.
Familiarity with trade promotion management, forecasting, or channel analytics tools.
Demonstrated experience supporting go‑to‑market execution.
Exposure to change management or commercial transformation initiatives.
Other:
Languages: Fluent in English; Greek proficiency preferred.
Travel: Up to 30%, primarily within the region.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:
€52,500.00 - €89,240.00

In addition to base pay, we offer the following benefits*: an annual bonus with set target (% of pay) depending on pay grade / location, where the actual amount is based on the employees’ and companies’ performance of the previous calendar year, or sales commissions.
