\n We are seeking an experienced E\-commerce Ads & Performance Analyst<\/b> to manage, optimize, and report on paid advertising performance across multiple online marketplaces and ad platforms. This role requires strong analytical skills, deep familiarity with major e\-commerce ad ecosystems, and advanced Microsoft Excel expertise to transform raw advertising and sales data into actionable performance reports.

\n Key Responsibilities:<\/b>

\n Ad Campaigns Optimization and Advertising Performance Analysis<\/b>
<\/b>\n <\/div>\n

  • Analyze daily performance of paid advertising campaigns across:
    <\/span><\/li>\n <\/ul>\n
    \n \- Amazon Ads
    \n <\/div>\n
    \n \- Google Ads
    \n <\/div>\n
    \n \- TikTok Ads
    \n <\/div>\n
    \n \- eBay Ads
    \n <\/div>\n
      \n
    • Monitor key performance metrics such as ACoS, TACoS, CPC, CTR, Conversion Rate, and Profit Margin.
      <\/span><\/li>\n
    • Proactively identify trends, inefficiencies, and growth opportunities.
      <\/span><\/li>\n
    • Investigate slow\-moving products and suggest ways to improve sales.
      <\/span><\/li>\n
    • Provide data\-backed recommendations for campaign optimization and budget allocation.
      <\/span><\/li>\n
    • Support ongoing campaign performance improvements through structured analysis.
      <\/span><\/li>\n <\/ul>\n
      \n Data Management, Data Analysis, and Reporting<\/b>
      <\/b>\n <\/div>\n
        \n
      • Use advanced Microsoft Excel features to analyze large datasets, including: Pivot tables/charts.
        <\/span><\/li>\n
      • Advanced formulas (LOOKUPs, INDEX\-MATCH, SUMIFS, etc.).
        <\/span><\/li>\n
      • Extract raw sales and advertising reports from: Ad platforms, Seller centers/merchant dashboards.
        <\/span><\/li>\n
      • Clean, organize, and consolidate data from multiple sources.
        <\/span><\/li>\n
      • Build and maintain performance reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
        <\/span><\/li>\n
      • Create dashboards and summary reports for management review.
        <\/span><\/li>\n
      • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across platforms.
        <\/span><\/li>\n
      • Improve existing reporting templates and develop new ones as needed.

        Required Qualifications:<\/b>

        • Proven experience as an Ads Analyst, E\-commerce Analyst, or similar role.
          <\/span><\/li>\n
        • Hands\-on experience managing or analyzing ads on:
          <\/span><\/li>\n <\/ul>\n
          \n \- Amazon Ads
          \n <\/div>\n
          \n \- Google Ads
          \n <\/div>\n
          \n \- TikTok Ads
          \n <\/div>\n
          \n \- eBay Ads
          \n <\/div>\n
          \n \- (Preferred experiences: Walmart Ads and Best Buy Ads)
          \n <\/div>\n
            \n
          • Strong understanding of e\-commerce KPIs and paid advertising metrics.
            <\/span><\/li>\n
          • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
            <\/span><\/li>\n
          • Experience working with raw data exports from ad platforms and seller centers.
            <\/span><\/li>\n
          • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.<\/span>
