Platform & Content Management

  • Storefront Maintenance: Oversee product listings, categorize items correctly, and ensure pricing accuracy across all digital touchpoints.
  • Digital Merchandising: Optimize product titles, descriptions, and high-quality images to improve search rankings (SEO) and conversion rates.
  • Campaign Execution: Implement and track online promotions, discounts, and banner placements for seasonal sales and marketing campaigns.

Operations & Fulfillment

  • Order Management: Track customer orders from purchase to delivery, ensuring SLA and fulfillment metrics are consistently met.
  • Inventory Tracking: Monitor stock levels across warehouses to prevent out-of-stock situations or delays.
  • Customer Support: Handle post-sales inquiries, returns, and refunds to maintain high customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores.

Analytics & Reporting
