The core objective of this role is to drive profitable growth by planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling ad campaigns while maintaining highly detailed performance trackers at keyword, ASIN, placement, and campaign levels.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> This is a results\-driven role\u2014you will be measured on ROAS improvement, efficient scaling, and disciplined optimization.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/span><\/i><\/b><\/span><\/span> 1. Campaign Execution & Optimization<\/span><\/span><\/i><\/b><\/span><\/span> Plan, launch, and manage Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display) and Flipkart Ads (PLA, Search, Display).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Perform daily, weekly, and monthly optimizations across:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Keywords (search terms, match types, negatives)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> ASIN / product targeting<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Bids, budgets, and placements<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Structure campaigns for scalability and profitability (harvesting, isolation, expansion).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Continuously test and optimize:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> New keywords & ASINs<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Auto → Manual mining strategies<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Placement bid adjustments (Top of Search, Product Pages).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> 2. ROAS Scaling & Performance Growth<\/span><\/span><\/i><\/b><\/span><\/span> Scale ad spend without hurting ROAS, using data\-backed decisions.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Identify scalable winners (keywords, ASINs, campaigns, placements).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Control wasted spend through aggressive search term mining and negatives.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Improve key metrics:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> ROAS / ACOS<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Conversion Rate (CVR)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> CTR<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> TACOS (where applicable).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> 3. Advanced Tracking & Reporting<\/span><\/span><\/i><\/b><\/span><\/span> Maintain extremely detailed trackers, including but not limited to:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Campaign\-level performance<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Keyword\-level performance<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Search term performance<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> ASIN/product\-level performance<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Placement\-level performance<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Build and update trackers in Excel / Google Sheets on a daily or weekly basis.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Track trends, anomalies, and performance drops before they impact revenue.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
