Ecosystem Marketing Project Manager
You will plan and execute co-marketing campaigns with ecosystem partners, coordinating integrations, launches, announcements, and events. You will align messaging and timelines, manage campaign calendars, and keep projects on track from concept to execution. You will act as the central coordinator between marketing partnerships and product, manage multiple concurrent campaigns, build and maintain scalable partner marketing processes, track deliverables, report on campaign performance, gather insights, and optimize messaging and execution.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute co-marketing campaigns with ecosystem partners
- Coordinate joint marketing initiatives across content social campaigns email and community activations
- Ensure alignment on messaging timelines and deliverables across partners
- Manage campaign calendars and keep projects on track from concept to execution
- Act as the central point of coordination between internal teams and external partners
- Manage multiple concurrent campaigns and priorities with attention to detail
- Build and maintain processes for scalable partner marketing execution
- Track deliverables and ensure deadlines are met across stakeholders
- Track and report on campaign performance and key marketing metrics
- Gather insights from campaigns to improve future partner marketing initiatives
- Identify opportunities to optimize processes messaging and execution
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing partnerships or project management
- Experience working on partnership or ecosystem marketing initiatives
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and external partners
- Highly organized detail-oriented and execution-focused
- Ability to operate independently and take ownership of projects
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving evolving industry
