The Resource Network Lead is responsible for building, managing, and activating a\nhigh\-quality state\-level pool of experts, mentors, and practitioners that\nenables effective delivery of skilling and entrepreneurship initiatives. The\nrole ensures that programs have timely access to relevant, locally grounded\nexpertise aligned to small business growth, employability, and enterprise\noutcomes. Operating as the state\-level extension of national resource networks,\nthe role balances local relevance with central quality standards, with\naccountability for resource readiness, utilization, and contribution to\noutcomes.<\/span>
