Educational Aide (Prekindergarten)

This position is located at: Department of Defense Education Activity - Americas, Southeast District, Stowers Elementary School, Fort Benning, GA. Description of Working Environment: Work is performed in a classroom setting.

Participates in home visits, parent teacher conferences and other meetings.

Ensures continuity of program in teacher’s absence.

Monitoring students during various phases of school day.

Maintains a clean and organized learning environment.

Preparing instructional materials related to classroom lessons.

Assists with teaching personal care routines: feeding, toileting and personal hygiene.

Operates Instructional equipment and technology devices.

Accompanying/supervising students on field trips.

Produce material to display educational objectives to class.

Apply assistive technology for recording student data.
