Job Description
Equistar International College is seeking a detail-oriented EduTrust Administrator to support the college’s EduTrust compliance and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will assist in maintaining proper documentation, processes, and quality assurance standards in accordance with CPE guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in maintaining and updating EduTrust documentation and records
Support preparation for EduTrust certification/renewal audits
Ensure compliance with CPE policies and regulatory requirements
Monitor and track key compliance timelines and submissions
Assist in reviewing and updating internal SOPs and policies
Coordinate with departments to ensure documentation accuracy
Support data compilation and report preparation
Perform general administrative duties related to compliance
Requirements
Prior experience in EduTrust administration preferred
Familiar with CPE regulations and Private Education Act requirements
Strong documentation and organisational skills
Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
