As an EHR Provider Support I, you’ll play an important role in ensuring providers have the tools, guidance, and support needed to use electronic health record systems effectively. This position partners with Psychiatry, Primary Care, and Dental teams to troubleshoot issues, improve workflows, and enhance the overall technology experience that supports quality, accessible care.

- Provide timely and professional support to providers experiencing EHR and software-related challenges.
- Troubleshoot application, system, and workflow issues while coordinating solutions with internal teams.
- Document, track, and communicate support requests, resolutions, and follow-up actions.
- Assist with provider education and training to promote effective use of EHR tools.
- Identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvements that enhance system performance.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of organizational applications and technology solutions.
• High School/GED required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in computer science or related field
• At least three (3) years equivalent work experience required if no bachelor’s degree
• Experience with troubleshooting principles, methodologies and issues resolution techniques
• Demonstrated customer service skills with the ability to provide professional, courteous, and responsive support
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
