Incident Management & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive records of accidents, incidents, and near-miss events. Investigate all safety incidents and high-potential near-misses, documenting findings and implementing corrective actions. Submit mandatory incident reports to the Health and Safety Executive within prescribed timeframes.
Training & Development: Ensure all personnel receive appropriate EHS training, information, and instruction through internal and external resources, maintaining accurate training documentation and compliance records. Oversee training programme administration to ensure all certifications remain current.
Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary liaison with customers and supply chain partners on EHS requirements. Manage supplier and subcontractor compliance through EHS pre-qualification assessments prior to site authorisation.
