Reporting to the Global EHS Manager, the EHS Coordinator will have the ability to build cross functional relationships among Trojan, Veralto and outside agencies. The EHS Coordinator will serve this vital role for our facilities in London, Ontario. With guidance from the site EHS Specialist you will implement and maintain the Environment Health and Safety programs and policies that ensure compliance with Federal, Provincial and local regulatory requirements.
Here’s how you will support us:
- Execute daily EHS standard work, including identifying unsafe acts or conditions, supporting leaders with investigations and problem‑solving efforts, completing compliance and audit actions, and providing consistent day‑to‑day EHS guidance and support
- Be an EHS partner to Functional leaders by reviewing site safety performance, attending Daily Management, identifying risks, and assisting with corrective actions
- Participate in daily EHS team meetings to review priorities, align on planned activities, and escalate items from Daily Management meetings where required
- Coordinate and deliver EHS training programs to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and alignment with corporate expectations

The essential requirements of the job include:
- Strong working knowledge of the Ontario Occupational Health and Safety Act and related regulations
- College Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field
- Minimum of 2+ years of EHS experience in an industrial environment
- ISO14001 / ISO45001 exposure preferred
- Actively working toward CRST/CRSP preferred (or interested in pursuing, with support provided)

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The compensation range for this role is $58,000 to $70,000 per year. This job is also eligible for 5% bonus. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, and medical/dental/vision insurance to eligible employees.
