EHS Manager
- Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s EHS policies, procedures, and safety management systems.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore WSH regulations, statutory requirements, and company standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.
- Lead incident investigations and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Organise safety trainings, toolbox meetings, emergency drills, and awareness programmes.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and relevant authorities on safety matters.
- Monitor safety performance, prepare reports, and maintain proper safety documentation.
- Advise project teams and management on risk control measures and safework practices.
- Promote a positive safety culture and continuous improvement across all worksites.
Job Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Workplace Safety & Health, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO) with the Ministry of Manpower is preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant safety management experience, preferably in construction, engineering, or industrial environments.
- Good knowledge of Singapore WSH legislation and industry practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple project sites located at various remote locations.
- Experience in ISO Integrated Management System.
- Familiar with risk management and incident investigation techniques.
- Good report writing and presentation skills.
