EHS Manager - Plant D

Responsibilities
  • Lead all Environmental, Health, and Safety programs for the facility.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable environmental, occupational health, and safety regulations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote a proactive safety culture.
  • Conduct risk assessments and identify opportunities to reduce workplace hazards.
  • Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation.
  • Monitor and report EHS performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Manage regulatory inspections, audits, and compliance reporting requirements.
  • Coordinate emergency response plans, drills, and business continuity activities.
  • Develop and deliver EHS training programs for employees, contractors, and leadership teams.
  • Partner with Operations and Engineering to implement safety improvements and risk mitigation initiatives.
  • Manage environmental programs including waste management, hazardous materials, air emissions, and sustainability initiatives.
  • Lead continuous improvement projects aligned with company and operational objectives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
  • Progressive experience in Environmental, Health & Safety leadership roles within manufacturing environments.
  • Strong knowledge of environmental, health, and safety regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Experience leading audits, inspections, and regulatory interactions.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to influence leaders and employees at all organizational levels.
