Ihre Aufgaben im Fachbereich
- Rüsten und Einspannen von Spritzgießwerkzeugen
- Einrichten, Optimieren und Anfahren von Kunststoffspritzgießmaschinen
- Betreuung und Überwachung von Automatisierungsanlagen sowie Entnahmesystemen
- Durchführung und Begleitung von Werkzeugbemusterungen bis zur Serienreife
- Überwachung, Analyse und Dokumentation von Fertigungsparametern und Auftragsvorgaben
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Arbeits-, Prüf- und Verpackungsanweisungen
Vertretungstätigkeiten
(bei Abwesenheit des Managers Production Injection Molding)
- Planung und Koordination des Personaleinsatzes sowie der technischen Anlagen unter Berücksichtigung von Qualitäts-, Mengen- und Terminvorgaben
- Sicherstellung einer effizienten, termingerechten und fehlerfreien Auftragsabwicklung
- Mitwirkung bei der Produktionsplanung sowie Erstellung von Rüstplänen
Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Verfahrensmechaniker (m/w/d) für Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnik
- Erste Berufserfahrung in einem kunststoffverarbeitenden Unternehmen von Vorteil
- Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 3-Schicht-System
- Analytische, strukturierte und prozessorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Selbstständigkeit sowie eine ziel- und lösungsorientierte Herangehensweise
- Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Belastbarkeit
