Electrical Apprentice

About the Role:

As a 2+ Year Electrical Apprentice at EarlyBird Electric, you will take the next step in your electrical career by working side by side with experienced residential service electricians. This is not an entry level position. You will be expected to bring a solid foundation of electrical knowledge and build on it through real field experience, structured training, and performance expectations.

You will develop your skills in troubleshooting, installations, and customer interaction while learning how to operate at a high level within a fast paced residential service environment. This role is designed for someone serious about becoming a licensed electrician and growing within a high performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist electricians with residential electrical service, repair, and installation including panels, wiring, outlets, lighting, and breakers
• Perform intermediate level electrical tasks with increasing independence
• Support troubleshooting and diagnostics of electrical issues in residential homes
• Read and interpret electrical diagrams, layouts, and schematics
• Run wire, install devices, and complete connections to code
• Maintain clean and organized job sites and service vehicles
• Follow all safety standards and EarlyBird Electric processes on every job
• Use electrical tools, meters, and testing equipment properly and efficiently
• Deliver a strong customer experience through professionalism and communication
• Participate in ongoing training and apprenticeship development
