To conduct general maintenance, installation, troubleshooting\nof electrical single and three phase, electrical C&I and prepaid water\nmetering equipment within the Northern Region.<\/span>
<\/p>

Key Responsibilities (including, but not limited to)<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Conduct maintenance on all electrical single and three phase,\nelectrical C&I and prepaid water metering equipment;<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Installations of all electrical single and three phase,\nelectrical C&I and prepaid water metering equipment;<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Provide sign off and COC certificate for all installations;<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Attend to all technical calls and queries;<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Oversee contractor meter installation to correct standard and\nquality;<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Adherence, compliance to and enforcing of Health and Safety;<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Manage contractor\u2019s installations schedules and job cards;<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Manage meter registration on vending system;<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Conduct monthly meter readings for water and electricity;<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Compile customer invoice files for all services;<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Stock management and control (Submit monthly stock take report);<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Perform monthly revenue protection analysis, audits and\ninspection;<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Compile and submit monthly audit and inspections report,\nhighlight findings and corrective actions implemented to manager;<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Attend site meetings and client visits;<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Compile technical reports;<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Record technical faults and customer complaints and resolve\nwithin set timelines;<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Management and maintenance of company assets and vehicle;<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Energy balance of all key accounts;<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Operate and perform work within company systems, policies and\nprocedures;<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned from\ntime to time;<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Will be required to work overtime when needed;<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Will be required to do standby from time to time.<\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>

Essential Requirements<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>N6 with electrician trade test from a recognized institution;<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Min 3 Years\u2019 experience after qualification;<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Valid Wireman\u2019s License;<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Valid driver\u2019s license;<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Technical and General Problem\-solving capability; with a\npositive, service\-oriented attitude;<\/span>
<\/p>

Advantageous<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Intermediate in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Knowledge of Ontec products systems (Pyxis etc);<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Must be able to work independent and within a team;<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Contactor management, project management;<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Performance focus;<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Able to read drawings;<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Ability to work under pressure (Ability to thrive in a\nfast\-paced and high\-pressure environment). <\/span>
