Electrical Engineer

About the role

The person will be collaborating closely with site personnel and be highly involved in managing day-to-day project activities across electrical, electronic, and PLC engineering projects.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day project activities and ensure work is completed according to schedule and quality standards.

  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.

  • Attend site meetings, conduct site checks, and support installation and commissioning work.

  • Review drawings, plans, and technical documents; update and maintain project documentation.

  • Provide technical guidance to engineers and technicians where needed.

  • Monitor project progress, identify issues early, and support timely problem-solving.

  • Prepare progress reports, test reports, and handover documents for clients.

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting during project execution and commissioning stages.

About you

  • Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronic, PLC or related Engineering fields.

  • 1–3 years of relevant project experience (fresh graduates may be considered for junior roles)

  • Experience in PLC/DCS programming is an advantage (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Schneider, etc.), HMI configuration, and system SAT activities is an advantage.

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD for electrical design.

  • Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

  • Ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards.

  • Willing to visit project sites and work extended hours when necessary.
