Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities

- Handle project-works, eg. upgrading of switchboards and transformers.

- Conduct or arrange for site surveys, request quotation from contractors/ suppliers.

- Attend to meetings, site works and site discussions with clients, contractors and authorities on matters such as the scheduling of site activities.

- Attend to call-out and emergency job request which include mobilization of contractor/supplier to site, urgent repairs, troubleshooting, restoration of power, site show-rounds and FSSB-testing.

- Work with various parties, to be actively involved in project costing (cost breakdown and preparation of quotations), billings, claims, tender submissions etc.

- Assist clients to prepare sample quotation form or technical specifications for servicing maintenance jobs and projects.

- Negotiate pricing and liaise with contractors/suppliers for site activities.

- Preparation of various operational reports and schedules

Requirements

- Bachelor degree or equivalent from Electrical (Power) discipline with at least 1 year's relevant experience.

- A team player, able to manage project, handle site work and irregular working hours.

- Possesses good communication skills
