Electrical Method Engineer

We're hiring an Electrical Inspections/ Planning Engineer at Titan Albania. A role that contributes in developing and scheduling maintenance plans, ensuring efficient use of resources and reliable operations aligned with production needs, as well as supports new projects & equipment modifications.

Responsibilities / Përgjegjësitë

• Support in managing work orders cycle.
• Provide the Maintenance Master plan, consolidating Inspection Master plan, Routine maintenance plan, execution work orders triggered by inspection findings and new projects.
• Prepare job plans, taking into consideration all the general and specific safety and environmental procedures and instructions within all the maintenance department activities.
• Manages backlog according to management priorities.
• Prepares the safety risk assessment for all the maintenance department activities in collaboration with execution and safety department.
• Follows the ISO procedures of the Maintenance department.
• Manages of spare parts and launching needed Purchase Requests.
• Support in planning of the shutdown project.
• Performs inspections, measurements and tests and prepares the respective forms.
• Updating of existing drawings according to changes (as build).
• Prepares job plans for the execution team with an efficient utilization of available resources.
• Provides schedule of maintenance activities based on planned work orders, production plan, management priorities, and available resources.
• Keeps archive of all documentation and related changes.
• Manage the Backlog of planned tasks through the Work Order Cycles (Inspection and Execution).
• Implement the daily route of the Inspection Master Plan (IMP)
• Implement the first level, specific and advanced inspections.
• Detect failure modes at an early stage and inform timely.

Qualifications / Kualifikimet

• Diploma of Electrical Engineering
• Safety category at least 3
• Good knowledge of English language
• Good knowledge of use of any electronic measuring and testing tools.
• Excellent reading of electrical wiring diagrams
• Knowledge of the use of industrial PCs, instruments, electronics etc.
• Knowledge of PLC’s.
• Knowledge of use of industrial applications software’s as for (frequency drives, gas and dust analyzers, weigh feeders, truck scales, packing lines, actuators, air compressors, industrial cameras and scanners, etc.
• Planning and organizing skills.
• At least 3 years of experience in similar position in industry
