We are currently looking for a results-oriented Industrial Electrical Project Manager in Training (PMIT) in the Dallas area to lead our field operations. In this role, you won't just manage tasks—you will be the "face of Wachter" for our clients, ensuring that every project is delivered with the quality, professionalism, and safety our customers have trusted for over 90 years.

- Proven Experience: At least 2 years of project management experience, specifically handling crew management, project quoting, and material procurement.
- Technical Literacy: Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office (especially spreadsheets and email) is required. You should be comfortable working with engineered drawings, bid specs, and construction take-offs.
- Communication & Detail: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for building client relationships. You must have a sharp eye for detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Electrical Expertise (Preferred): A background in the electrical field is a major plus—specifically regarding NEC Code, conduit installation, terminations, industrial controls, or medium voltage.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in Construction, Technology, or Telecommunications is highly helpful.
- Education: A college degree is preferred, though we value relevant field experience.
- Travel: Ability to travel up to 50% to visit job sites and meet with clients.
