Electrical System Engineer

We are looking for an Electrical System Engineer to join our engineering team and support the design and development of outdoor enclosure solutions for Telecom and Data Center applications. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, high-quality electrical system designs from concept through production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design electrical systems for outdoor enclosures, including DC power systems, climate solutions, battery backup systems, and related accessories, based on technical specifications and customer requirements
  • Prepare electrical schematics, circuit diagrams, and complete technical documentation for system solutions
  • Design AC and DC cabling and control harnesses, create Bills of Materials (BOMs), specifications, and testing instructions
  • Select, size, and specify electrical components according to functional and regulatory requirements
  • Manage design changes, reviews, and approvals within the PLM system
  • Participate in prototype builds, functional testing, verification activities, and factory acceptance testing (FAT)
  • Provide engineering support to manufacturing and assist with technical problem-solving
  • Conduct and participate in cross-functional design reviews
  • Visit customers and suppliers as required to support development and issue resolution
  • Continuously develop technical skills and actively seek professional growth opportunities

The anticipated salary range for this role in the Nové Mesto nad Váhom locality is between
21 442€ to 26 802€ gross per year —salary ranges for other geographic localities may vary. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance and are role based. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role. Compensation ranges are determined based on objective, gender-neutral criteria including skills, experience, and job responsibilities. In addition to the salary listed above, a detailed overview of additional compensation, including bonuses and benefits, will be provided during the initial interview.
