Electrical System Manager (Semiconductor)

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of electrical system architecture for advanced packaging equipment
• Develop system-level electrical designs covering motion control, power distribution, sensors, and connectivity solution
• Collaborate closely with mechanical, software, and process engineering teams to enhance overall system performance.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the electrical engineering team while driving design reviews.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from concept development through implementation and sustaining engineering support.
  

Requirements:

• Degree/Masters in Electrical Engineering
• Strong expertise in motion control, sensors, power electronics, and EMI/EMC.
• At least 8 years of relevant semiconductor experience
