Electromechanic Technician

Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on industrial equipment.
- Carry out retrofitting and equipment installations.
- Calibrate and adjust machinery and systems.
- Identify defective components and perform repairs.
- Manufacture complex parts when required.
- Select appropriate materials and work methods.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Minimum Qualifications
- Diploma in Industrial Mechanics or equivalent.
- Knowledge of advanced techniques (laser alignment, vibration analysis).
- Knowledge of industrial equipment (pumps, motors, gearboxes, machinery).
- Knowledge of occupational health and safety standards.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to diagnose complex mechanical issues.
- Experience working in industrial environments.
- Ability to follow procedures and standards.
- Experience with machining or CNC equipment.
Additional Information
- The position follows a full-time schedule of 5 days per week.During the initial training period (approximately 3–4 months), employee will work a combination of shifts, including 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM and 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Upon successful completion of the training period, the regular schedule will transition to a full-time evening shift from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
