Performs electronics engineering work of limited scope and complexity in support of projects assigned tohigher-grade engineers. Uses engineering manuals, standard publications and technical material to obtain information and pertinentdata to be used by higher level engineers, contractors and/or customers. Keeps abreast of emerging technologies and professional developments to maintain current in the field and forapplication to work assignments. GS-09 Performs electronics engineering assignments which are routine and recurring. Performs electronics engineering work in support of projects assigned to higher grade engineers. Participates in the collection and analysis of the information, data and standards used by the assignedorganization to perform a variety of electronics engineering assignments. Uses engineering manuals, standard publications and technical material to obtain information and pertinentdata to be used by higher level engineers, contractors and/or customers. Keeps abreast of emerging technologies and professional developments to maintain current in the field and forapplication to work assignments. *This is a formal AF intern position in the Recent Palace Acquire Program (PAQ) and; as such, it is centrally funded by HQ AFPC/DPZS.
