Electronics Engineer
Design at the source. Keep our hardware sharp – so every circuit board inside our radar systems performs when it counts.
As our Electronics Engineer, you own how we develop the circuit boards that power our tracking systems. You work side-by-side with hardware, FPGA, software, and mechanical engineers – transforming concepts into robust, manufacturable designs from prototype through production. You balance high-speed signal requirements with real-world constraints, and you are a big part of why our customers can trust what we deliver.
What you'll do
Create digital printed circuit boards for embedded and high-speed electronic systems. Build and maintain design guidelines to ensure consistent hardware quality.
Work closely with software and mechanical teams to deliver robust layouts. Team up across disciplines to ensure our hardware integrates smoothly into final production.
Formulate multilayer layouts with deep insight into signal and power integrity. Address thermal design considerations and handle EMC or EMI constraints systematically.
Apply DFM and DFA principles to make designs ready for manufacturing. Follow IPC standards and product classes closely to meet top industrial metrics.
Support board fabrication, assembly, and production teams from start to finish. Apply digital testability techniques, including Boundary Scan, ICT, and FCT methods.
Create and maintain PCB libraries along with detailed manufacturing documentation. Keep our internal schematic component and footprint databases accurate over time.
What you bring
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or equivalent experience
3–5 years of experience in digital PCB design
Proficient in Altium Designer for schematic capture and layout
Solid experience with multilayer and high-speed digital PCB layouts
Deep knowledge of digital interfaces like DDR, Ethernet, USB, SPI, I2C, UART, and PCIe
Strong understanding of signal integrity, power integrity, EMC/EMI, and thermal design
Familiarity with IPC standards and IPC product classes, particularly Class 2 and Class 3
Clear insight into digital testability and production test techniques like JTAG, ICT, and FCT
Fluent English, both spoken and written, with great team collaboration skills
N.B. Don't worry if you don't tick every box. Our mission is a journey, and there's plenty to learn along the way. If most of this fits, we'd love to hear from you.
A Certificate of Conduct (VOG) and a background check are part of our screening process. We appreciate your understanding.
