Electronics Engineering Assistant

About the role To work closely with a team of Electronics Design/Product Engineers providing hardware technical support during test and development.

Responsibilities

• Capture schematic drawings accurately to support electronics design
• Perform PCB layout using CAD programs to prepare for prototype development
• Build prototypes and conduct thorough testing of electronic boards to ensure functionality
• Troubleshoot and repair electronic boards by applying technical knowledge and problem-solving skills

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma, Advanced, Higher, or Graduate Diploma in Electronics Engineering

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Demonstrate good knowledge in electronics design to contribute effectively to hardware development
• Show strong interest in hardware work to engage proactively with engineering tasks
• Exhibit teamwork skills and maintain a positive attitude to collaborate within the engineering team
