Elementary ESE Teacher

Parkhurst Academy is seeking a passionate and dedicated Elementary ESE Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be committed to supporting students with diverse learning needs and creating a positive, structured, and encouraging classroom environment.

Position Responsibilities

• Provide specialized instruction to students with disabilities in accordance with IEP goals
• Develop and implement lesson plans that support individualized learning needs
• Collaborate with general education teachers to ensure accommodations and modifications are provided
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation and records
• Participate in IEP meetings and communicate effectively with parents/guardians
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive learning environment
• Support student social/emotional growth and positive behavior development
