Within the Customer Support Services & Training area, we are looking for a Diagnostic & Predictive Services Engineer for our office in Sesto Calende (VA) to support the evolution of digital diagnostic and predictive services within the helicopter domain.
The candidate will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams working on operational data analysis, health monitoring solutions, digital platforms, and fleet support services.
Main activities:
Design, build and ensure the highest level of system and infrastructure availability
Coordinate integration engineering
Manage integration engineering
Main activities include operational data analysis, support to health monitoring initiatives, troubleshooting activities, integration with digital platforms, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams involved in aviation digital services.
Seniority
Junior: 1–3 years of experience
Requirements:
Master Degree in Engineering or technical field
Language skills:
- Excellent command of English, at B2/C1 level
Technical skills:
- Experience with data analysis or diagnostic systems
- Knowledge of software, databases, or digital platforms
Soft skills:
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work in team
- Ability to assign and manage priorities
Previous experience in aviation, maintenance, diagnostic systems, or health monitoring environments is preferred.

How does the selection process work?
