Email Marketer

An international IT company developing innovative software and solutions used in 150+ countries. Key areas include software for unmanned systems, hardware integration, and customer experience management.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute email campaigns (news, updates, automation flows) for all product lines.
  • Work with Mailchimp, Instantly, Zoho CRM, and other automation tools.
  • Analyze metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions).
  • Monitor deliverability and domain warm-up.
  • Support webinar infrastructure (Zoom, Zoho Meeting) and integrate with CRM.
  • Prepare reports and hypotheses for strategy optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and industry best practices.
  • Develop email strategies and test hypotheses.
  • Segment target audiences in CRM and set up complex email sequences.
  • Analyze statistics, identify trends, and generate data-based hypotheses.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in email marketing (preferably B2B/IT).
  • Proficiency with Mailchimp, Instantly, Zoho CRM or equivalents (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign).
  • Strong understanding of metrics, lead generation funnels, and deliverability principles.
  • Experience integrating CRM systems and webinar platforms.
  • Basic HTML/CSS skills.
  • English — B2+ (spoken and written).
  • Plus: Mailchimp/Zoho certifications, experience with cold outreach.
