Email Marketing & Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist

Own the end-to-end execution of all email campaigns and automated communications within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, from build through to deployment and optimisation.

Build and maintain scalable automation workflows, nurture journeys, and triggered communications to support lifecycle marketing initiatives.

Serve as the subject matter expert and hands-on owner of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including:
- Journey Builder
- Automation Studio
- Email Studio
- Content Builder
- Contact Builder

Deliver against defined KPIs across email marketing performance, including engagement rates, conversion metrics, deliverability, and pipeline contribution.

Use audience, behavioural, and campaign data to identify opportunities, test hypotheses, and drive continuous performance improvements.

Identify and implement automation and workflow efficiencies to improve scalability and streamline campaign execution.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on campaign priorities, share insights, and promote best practices across SFMC usage.

3–5+ years of hands-on email marketing experience, ideally within financial services environment

Strong, practical experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)

Expertise in Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Content Builder and Contact Builder

Proven experience building and optimising automated email journeys and lifecycle campaigns

Strong understanding of segmentation, personalisation, and lifecycle marketing strategies

Experience with A/B testing and data-driven optimisation methodologies

Solid knowledge of email deliverability best practices and performance metrics

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into action

Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
