Email Marketing & Webinar Specialist (w/ experience in Eloqua, Hubspot, Marketo or Salesforce Marketing Cloud)

Primary Responsibilities

  • Execute and optimize email marketing campaigns, marketing automation workflows, and audience segmentation to support business and marketing objectives.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign delivery, including email builds, quality assurance, reporting, performance analysis, and compliance with data governance standards.

Specific Responsibilities

  • At all times, comply with SGS Code of Integrity and Professional Conduct.
  • Build emails in Eloqua (templates, modules, dynamic content)
  • Manage segmentation, contact lists, and data hygiene
  • Create nurture flows and automated journeys
  • Conduct QA, testing, rendering checks
  • Execute A/B tests and optimize performance
  • Produce reporting dashboards for UK team
  • Ensure compliance with SGS data and privacy standards
  • Complete other duties or tasks assigned by the Manager or other leadership.
  • Ensures work area in RBS is always kept clean and presentable.
  • Remains familiar with SGS quality assurance procedures.
  • Complies to all SGS health and safety and HR policies and procedures.

Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferable in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related degree. Equivalent technical or professional qualification will be accepted in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.
  • 2–4 years’ experience in Eloqua, HubSpot, Marketo, or SFMC
  • Strong understanding of segmentation, automation, and lead flows
  • Comfortable with HTML email editing
  • Highly structured, detail oriented, and quality focused
  • Able to manage multiple briefs simultaneously
  • Analytical with strong reporting capability

Required Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English at a B2 level.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (Eloqua, HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
  • Experience building and deploying email marketing campaigns and automated nurture programs
  • Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies
  • Strong understanding of audience segmentation, lead management, and customer journey mapping
  • Proficient in effectively prioritizing tasks to meet project deadlines.
  • Capacity to work independently, manage time effectively, and multitask.
  • Self-motivated and efficient.
