The Role * Design and develop high-performance software applications and control algorithms using OO languages including C++ and C#. * Architect and implement robust embedded code in C for diverse hardware platforms and ARM Cortex-M microcontrollers. * Collaborate directly with electronics, mechanical, and systems engineers to integrate software with complex robotics platforms. * Lead technical workstreams within a fast-paced consultancy environment, taking ownership of innovative solutions from concept to delivery. * Drive modern DevOps practices within embedded workflows, including the use of Docker containers and version control. What You'll Need * Strong professional proficiency in C/C++ and C#/.NET for both device-level and PC application development. * Hands-on experience developing for ARM Cortex MCUs and a deep understanding of hardware-software interfacing. * Proven experience utilizing Docker containers for development and deployment workflows. * Proficiency with Git version control and a solid grasp of the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). * Exposure to regulated environments such as Medical Devices (IEC 62304, ISO 13485) or similar high-compliance sectors is highly desirable.
