Trusted by some of the world’s leading technology companies, we deliver highly scalable, mission-critical solutions that power both consumer and business applications globally. Since our founding in 2017, we have been at the forefront of designing cutting-edge networking, telecommunications, and consumer products, while driving end-to-end project execution and creating transformative technology applications.

Overview

Join a dynamic team shaping the future of wearable technology by safeguarding electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and performance in innovative consumer devices. As an EMC Test Engineer, you'll be a technical leader—ensuring rigorous compliance, optimizing product architecture, and boosting device reliability throughout the development lifecycle, from early design through manufacturing deployment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee EMC and ESD compliance for wearable prototypes and mass-market consumer devices, including ground/shield design, filtering, and integration of ESD protection.
  • Develop, implement, and automate test plans for EMC/ESD validation, covering equipment verification, device-level and system-level testing, and comprehensive documentation/reporting.
  • Conduct advanced EMC and system-level ESD testing, troubleshooting, and diagnostics in accordance with international standards (e.g., IEC 61000-4-2).
  • Lead root cause failure analyses using lab data, and deliver actionable engineering solutions to multidisciplinary design and product teams.
  • Drive the creation of robust EMC test methodologies and validation workflows; correlate experimental data with simulation outputs as part of continuous improvement.
  • Interface with cross-functional teams, vendors, and external partners to manage multiple, concurrent projects from prototype to mass production.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8+ years of direct, hands-on experience with electromagnetic measurement, testing, and debugging within consumer electronics.
  • Demonstrated expertise with ESD phenomena, mitigation strategies, and failure analysis—including operating ESD simulators/guns and integrating device protection circuits.
  • Strong foundation in electromagnetic theory, PCB/flex board manufacturing processes, and the design and analysis of effective grounding and shielding.
  • Proven track record in driving product development across all phases—from initial concept to manufacturing scale-up.
  • Proficient in the use of EMC test instrumentation, including near-field EM scanners, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and oscilloscopes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or related engineering discipline.
  • 10+ years of experience with deep specialization in EMC test and advanced system-level troubleshooting for electronics.
  • Expertise in power delivery architecture, EMI suppression/control, and RF desensitization for wearable or high-performance consumer platforms.
  • Knowledge of advanced magnetic shielding, proactive noise mitigation, and vibration management techniques in compact device architectures.
