EMEA GTM Strategic Initiatives Manager, Google Cloud GTM

As a part of the Google Cloud Go-to-Market Strategy and Operations team, you will act as a trusted advisor, partnering with Sales, Customer Engineering, Finance, Marketing, Partners and Google Cloud Consulting to plan, strategize, and run the business in a transformational way.

As a part of the EMEA GTM Strategic Initiatives lead, you will play a critical role in the organization by leading and co-ordinating EMEA Strategic initiatives and programs, including effectively landing Google wide global programs in EMEA - translating them into actual business impact.Google Cloud accelerates every organization’s ability to digitally transform its business and industry.   • Influence executive-level decision-making around core business decisions, such as prioritization of growth opportunities, through scalable and actionable analytical insights to increase productivity.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the organization and its leadership team, communicating, structuring, and problem-solving complex and ambiguous business challenges and supporting organization priorities.
  • Manage and co-ordinate EMEA-wide strategic initiatives or specific workstreams.
  • Analyze and synthesize data, and deliver actionable recommendations across multiple workstreams.
  • Track initiative performance and provide data-driven reports to senior leadership.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in go-to-market strategy, sales operations, strategy and operations, management consulting, finance, or program management.
  • Experience with core business operations (e.g., annual business planning, headcount management, running business reviews, or target setting).
  • Experience working with executive-level clients or stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA or other relevant advanced degree.
  • Experience leveraging analytical skills (e.g. financial modeling, Google sheets, SQL, looker, etc.) to problem-solve, influence business leadership, measure outcomes, and evolve recommendations based on results.
  • Experience tailoring and delivering compelling reporting and presentations by audience, asking strategic questions, and leading conversations that drive results and efficiencies.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing without authority to drive operational excellence, successful delivery of priority initiatives, process improvements, and change management.
  • Knowledge of enterprise customers and cloud technologies, products and market landscape.
