Wrike is looking for an experienced Sr. Manager, International Marketing to increase our global market share, drive pipeline and improve our brand recognition in international markets we serve.

In this role you will play a pivotal role as the primary liaison for our international sales team. You will be in charge of developing marketing strategies, plans and tactics for our global leading solutions so that they are successful in our international target markets To make our local plans of action influential on a global level, you will be analyzing the market and competitors to develop compelling campaigns that cater to the local target audiences. You will also be aligning with and reporting to global marketing management on a weekly/monthly basis.

Your mission is to coordinate and execute marketing programs and campaigns, driving growth and enhancing Wrike's brand recognition, pipeline and revenue across the EMEA and APJ regions.

  • Partner closely with our international sales leadership team to prioritize campaigns & programs to drive pipeline and revenue growth
  • Monitor market changes & developments in our target regions
  • Be scrappy and leverage content and programs developed by HQ and tailor them for different local markets we serve
  • Adjust marketing campaigns based on changing sales trends and priorities in particular countries
  • Tailor brand messages to address different demographics and cultures
  • Adjust our messaging and tone of voice across channels and regions
  • Capable of analyzing large amounts of data to obtain actionable information that you’ll use for our marketing strategies

The position requires a commitment to innovation in the technology industry, understanding of the enterprise software and cloud computing spaces. Clear, concise, and consistent communication skills are a must. Additionally, open communication and collaboration with other members of the marketing and sales team is an essential requirement for the role. The ability to multi-task and prioritize while maintaining a sense of humor is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborative Campaign Coordination: Act as the central point of contact for the international sales team, understanding their marketing needs and objectives.
  • Coordinate the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns to support lead and pipeline generation and sales efforts.
  • EMEA and APJ Market Expertise. Stay abreast of market trends, cultural nuances, and competitive landscapes in the EMEA and APJ regions.
  • Provide insights to the marketing team to tailor strategies and content for maximum regional impact.
  • Brand Awareness Building: Develop and implement initiatives to enhance Wrike's brand visibility in the target regions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency in all international marketing efforts.
  • Pipeline Growth Initiatives: Collaborate with demand generation teams to create targeted campaigns that contribute to pipeline growth.
  • Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to optimize results.
  • Effective Communication: Ensure clear and timely communication between the international sales team and marketing functions.
  • Provide regular updates on campaign progress, results, and upcoming initiatives.


You'll achieve your best if you have

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Proven experience in international marketing, with a focus on EMEA and APJ regions.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in SaaS international marketing roles
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing principles; account-based marketing and lead generation strategies.
  • Excellent project management skills with a track record of successful campaign execution.
  • Cultural awareness and ability to tailor marketing strategies to diverse international audiences.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Be a great team player - willing to jump in and help others, take on new responsibilities and projects
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed up to 15-20% of the time across EMEA and APJ.

  • Experience working in the Project Management or Collaborative Work Management technology market, additional experience in vertical industry technology markets
