This role reports to the Managing Director & operations Excellence Director<\/span><\/span> as well. this role critical in ensuring operational excellence,\neffective event coordinator, support business development and seamless\nday\-to\-day support for the management team.<\/span><\/span>

what will I be doing:<\/span>

\-<\/span><\/b>Improving administrative\nperformance<\/span>
<\/span><\/p>

\-providing structured support such\nas<\/span> booking occasional meetings for the MD.<\/span><\/i>
<\/span><\/p>

\-Arrange meetings time, prepare\nreports, presentations, collaboration and<\/span> <\/span><\/b>administrative summaries for\nimportant points.<\/span>
<\/span><\/p>

\-plan, coordinate, and support the\nexecution of leadership meetings<\/span>
<\/span><\/p>

\-support Ramadan activities, Assist\nwith the coordination of Dubai 30x30 fitness initiatives, support hotel \u2013 level\ncelebrations, seasonal Events, and team activities.<\/span>
<\/span><\/p>

\-Support business travel onboarding/offboarding<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p>

\-manage business travel\narrangements for C\-Suite members, senior leadership, which include booking\nflights, hotel, transportation, and any other requirement related to their\nvisits.<\/span>
<\/span><\/p>

<\/span><\/span>\-coordinating leadership and\nHUB meetings<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p>

\-responsible for the hands\-on\nplanning and execution of a wide range of community events and activation.<\/span>
<\/span><\/p>

\-Event & Engagement\nCoordination<\/span>
<\/span><\/p>

\-Managing Hotel gatherings,\nincluding communicating with general managers to ensure alignment of plans,\narranging transportation, managing budgets, gathering the number of\nparticipants, selecting venues, and obtaining the necessary permits for site\nvisits.<\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>

\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree in business administration, Hospitality, Management, or a related field.
<\/span><\/span><\/p>

\u2022 Experience in executive support, operations coordination or senior administrative role within a fast\-paced environment<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>

\u2022Experience supporting senior leaders including diary management, meeting coordination, documentation, and follow \-up.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>

\u2022 Experience managing information, communication, and priorities with a high level of Accuracy, organization, and attention to deal.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>

\u2022 Experience handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>

\u2022 Experience in managing business travel arrangements for C\-Suite members, which include booking flights, hotel, transportation, and any other requirement related to their visits.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>

\u2022 Strong communication skills with the ability to convey expectations, processes and regulations clearly to Managers and colleagues.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>

\u2022 Relationship\-building skills with cultural awareness and an ability to build trust quickly.<\/span>

\u2022 High attention to detail and accuracy when handling documentation, compliance tasks and data.<\/span>
