The Receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors and callers, responsible for creating a professional and welcoming experience. This role handles front\-desk operations, administrative support, and communication coordination to ensure smooth daily office activities.

Main responsibilities include:

· Greet and welcome guests, visitors,\nsuppliers, answer telephone calls providing a warm, timely welcome in line with\nour brand standards.<\/span>

· Answers guest related queries and\nprovides information for promotions, room prices, activities and events in the\nsurrounding area to provide accurate information to guests<\/span>
<\/div>

<\/div>
· Ensure payments are made with\naccording to the cash handling procedures and Process accurately and\nefficiently all reservations and cancellations<\/span>
<\/div>

<\/div>

<\/div>
· Identify corporate leads and build\nlong\-term relationships<\/span>
<\/div>

<\/div>

<\/div>
· Drive online name mentions and\npromote customer feedback<\/span>
<\/div>

<\/div>

<\/div>
· Understand the online guest\u2019s\nfeedback and explore options for improvement<\/span>
<\/div>

· Carry out general office duties,\nincluding correspondence, emails and filing to ensure the smooth running of the\nreception area Maintain appropriate stock of supplies and reception\nstationeries<\/span>

· Effectively communicate with all\ndepartments on all guests\u2019 requests and complaints for smooth service delivery<\/span>

· Ensure safety of all guests in line\nwith the safety procedures and guideline.<\/span>

· Have minimum of one\-year\nexperience as Hotel Receptionist in Front Office department of a hotel.<\/span>

· Knowledge of Opera (PMS<\/span>
<\/p>

· Arabic\nLanguage\- speaking, writing and reading
<\/p>
