Employee Benefits Account Manager

The Account Manager will play a key role coordinating, collecting, and implementing group benefits with carriers and share responsible for group benefit meetings. Building relationships between brokers, carriers, vendors and HR directors. Resolving client inquiries. Consulting employers’ HR departments on insurance needs that could impact their benefits goals. Interacting with all departments within eBen and orchestrateHR.

Your Impact:

  • Assist agents, as well as clients with gathering data for quotes for new groups and renewals
  • Prepare spreadsheets with carrier options
  • Use India teams to collect data when needed
  • Resolve the day-to-day service issues, including eligibility, billing, and claim issues with internal departments, clients, carriers, and Vendors.
  • Prepare Benefit Booklets for clients
  • Conduct enrollment meetings

Successful Candidates Will Have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent work experience in a related field of at least two years
  • Resident Life & Health License
  • Presentation and communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
