Organisation Development (OD) team is looking for a Temp Employee Engagement Coordinator to support employee communications, engagement initiatives, and staff events. This is a great opportunity for candidates interested in HR, internal communications, employee experience, corporate communications, or event coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Support updates to employee portal and internal communication platforms
  • Review and improve content formats and communication materials to enhance employee engagement
  • Assist with employee engagement activities and digital engagement initiatives
  • Prepare communication materials, engagement collaterals, and staff announcements
  • Support planning and coordination of staff engagement events and activities
  • Consolidate employee participation data, survey responses, and feedback for reporting purposes
  • Provide project and administrative support for Organisation Development initiatives
