SUMMARY:
The Employee Relations Specialist focuses on maintaining positive relationships between employees and the Coeur d’Alene Casino Resort Hotel.
Responsibilities:
- Proven work experience as an Employee Relations Specialist or similar role
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Maintain positive work relationships with all team members, supervisory and management personnel to insure effective cross-departmental communications and to present a strong team environment and united workplace.
- Assist with the planning, development, and implementation of trainings as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of all personnel files, records, etc.
