SUMMARY:

The Employee Relations Specialist focuses on maintaining positive relationships between employees and the Coeur d’Alene Casino Resort Hotel.

Responsibilities:

  • Proven work experience as an Employee Relations Specialist or similar role
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Maintain positive work relationships with all team members, supervisory and management personnel to insure effective cross-departmental communications and to present a strong team environment and united workplace.
  • Assist with the planning, development, and implementation of trainings as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all personnel files, records, etc.
