As an Employee Volunteering & Community Outreach-Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in fostering an inclusive and engaging environment within our Inclusion, Culture, and Wellbeing team. You will support the business by embedding our values and desired culture, with a focus on driving inclusion and maintaining trust and active engagement with our people. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful connections and learn how to manage and inspire others, navigating complex situations to grow your personal brand and deepen your skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and stakeholders, delivering quality outcomes even when the path forward is unclear.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will contribute to the development and implementation of long-term strategies that align the organization's human capital with its business objectives. This involves analyzing workforce trends, applying the latest HR strategies, and enhancing the overall employee experience. You will focus on reinforcing behaviors that support our people's wellbeing, productivity, and sense of belonging, confirming everyone has an equal opportunity to thrive. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will be instrumental in attracting and retaining diverse talent, creating an engaging employee experience, and supporting the firm's overall strategy.

Responsibilities


3–6 years of relevant experience in employee volunteering, CSR, employee engagement, social impact, nonprofit partnerships, community outreach, event execution, or related areas. [Required]

Experience in coordinating programs or events involving multiple stakeholders is preferred. [Required]

- Developing and implementing strategies to align human capital with business objectives
- Analyzing workforce trends to inform HR strategy and long-term workforce planning
- Driving inclusion and engagement by embedding organizational values and culture
- Building trust and active engagement with diverse talent to enhance employee experience
- Reinforcing behaviors that support wellbeing, productivity, and belonging
- Navigating complex situations to grow personal brand and deepen technical skills
- Anticipating team and client needs to deliver quality outcomes
- Utilizing data analytics to inform insights and strategic recommendations
- Upholding professional and technical standards in alignment with firm guidelines
- Collaborating on diversity program development and multicultural management initiatives

What You Must Have

- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Social Sciences, Humanities, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. [Required]
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in employee volunteering, CSR, employee engagement, social impact, nonprofit partnerships, community outreach, event execution, or related areas
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
