Role Overview<\/b>
<\/p>
The Employer Connect Lead will drive employer partnerships\nto enable job creation outcomes for the Wadhwani Opportunity (WGO) programs.\nThe role involves understanding evolving job market trends, building strong\nemployer networks across key sectors, and leveraging these partnerships to\nsupport training, placements, and career growth opportunities for learners.

\u2022 Analyze job market trends and identify high\-demand roles\nand skills across regions and sectors.
<\/p>
\u2022 Build and manage strategic partnerships with employers\nacross priority sectors such as Retail, Healthcare, BFSI, ITES, Auto, Beauty\n& Wellness, and Hospitality.
<\/p>
\u2022 Collaborate with sector skill councils and industry bodies\nto strengthen employer engagement and program alignment.
<\/p>
\u2022 Establish and manage Industry Advisory Councils to bring\nindustry insights and enhance program relevance.
<\/p>
\u2022 Work with employer partners to co\-create and validate\ntraining content aligned to industry needs.
<\/p>
\u2022 Enable training, placements, and post\-placement support\nfor students through employer partnerships.
<\/p>
\u2022 Design and run pilot initiatives with employers to\nvalidate and scale engagement models.
<\/p>

Skills & Experience<\/b>

\u2022 7\-10 years of experience in business development or\nemployer engagement<\/b>, including 5\u20137 years in the staffing or talent\necosystem<\/b>.
<\/p>
\u2022 Strong network with employers across sectors such as\nRetail, Healthcare, BFSI, ITES, Auto, Beauty & Wellness, and Hospitality.
<\/p>
\u2022 Strong communication, relationship building, and\nstakeholder management skills.
<\/p>
\u2022 Strategic thinker with ability to build and scale employer\npartnerships.
<\/p>
\u2022 Strong understanding of job market trends and evolving\nskill demands.
<\/p>
\u2022 Hands\-on, solution\-oriented approach with ability to work\nin dynamic environments.
<\/p>
\u2022 Familiarity with EdTech, skilling, or training\necosystems<\/b> is preferred.
<\/p>
\u2022 Willingness to travel and engage closely with partners\nacross regions.
